  • Delivery Area: We currently only deliver to addresses located within Los Angeles and Beverly Hills, California.

  • Same-Day Delivery: May be available depending on the time the order is placed. Orders placed later in the day may be delivered the next business day.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate delivery information or absence of the recipient at the delivery location.

 

3. Product Representation and Substitutions

  • Images displayed on our website are illustrative only. While we aim to match the arrangement as closely as possible, products may vary slightly in color, shape, or flower variety due to seasonal availability and natural variation.

  • In the event that specific flowers are unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and theme of the arrangement.

  • For custom orders or same-day deliveries, cancellations or changes must be made by phone as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee modifications once the design or delivery process has begun.

  • All sales are final once the product has been delivered.
